Registration Policy
The registration fee must be paid in full with a credit card when
registering for the conference.
Every paper must have at least one paid full registration before November 5, 2025, in order to
be included in the conference proceedings.
Authors with multiple papers must pay one registration for
each paper.
Refund Policy
If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has already been included in the proceedings, you cannot ask for a refund.
Cancellation by November 15, 2025: Full refund minus a $150 USD administrative fee and all the charges imposed by Regfox.
Every paper must be presented by one of the authors in person at the conference in order to be included in the IEEE digital library and indexed by the Ei Compendex. This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper; such papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service. Contact the DSA Secretariat with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that would make physical attendance impossible.
